Romanian (1917 - 1996) Adolf Adler born 1917 - Satu Mare, Romania. 1945 returned from Soviet captivity to Cluj, Romania. 1963 immigrated to Israel. Died in 1996. Education 1950 College of Art in Cluj, graduated Teaching 1952 to 1958 Academy of Fine Arts, Cluj, teaching assistant Awards and Prizes 1993 Mordecai Ish-Shalom Prize, Artists House, Jerusalem, for a Special Contribution to Art
