Medium: Lithograph and Chine Colle, signed, numbered and dedicated in pencil, Edition: 7/25 HC, Image Size: 13 x 4 inches, Size: 14.25 x 5 in. (36.2 x 12.7 cm), Frame Size: 22 x 12.75 inches, Description: On the front, this piece is dedicated by the artist to Curt Valentin, who was a regular publisher of Masson's work. It reads "Tous mon cher Curt (et vive Tiepolo!)", translating roughly to "all my love Curt (and long live Tiepolo!)". On the verso is a note about the framing by Larry Saphire. It reads "Curt Valentin cut the margin down, as he usually did & fit more things on the/his wall. It fit this frame, which Kruger(intelligible) put in 'Le Chasseur' (1927)". Under this note it is signed "LM Saphire". This piece comes directly from the collection of the late Larry Saphire.
