Andre Racz
Andre Racz, painter, printmaker, educator and sculptor, was born in Cluj, Romania on November 21, 1916. He graduated from the University of Bucharest in 1935 and came to the U.S. in 1939 as a member of the Romanian Art Commission in connection with the New York World’s Fair.
