This artwork by NY-based artist Eve B features only one subject - a swath of painted fabric scrunched and draped across the canvas.

The result is like the choppy surface of a recently disturbed pool of water or piles of bedsheets freshly rumpled after a deep night’s sleep. Eve’s minimalist meditation on the complexity of fabric is mounted to a wood frame and signed on the verso in marker by the artist.
