Viewed from across the cobblestone-paved street, the Belgian butcher shop is the only building rendered in color in this Eve Nethercott watercolor.

With a horse head statuette hung from the second story between several windows, the shop appears quaint and authentic as it stands beside several taller, more modern buildings.
