Gilliam van der Gouwen (ca. 1640, Antwerp? - in or after 1720) was a Dutch engraver. A beached whale between Scheveningen and Katwijk is one of his artworks. His engraving was for a 1684 publication (Pieter Cristiaenszoon Bor: Oorspronk, Begin, en Verfolgh der Nederlandsche Oorlogen. Vol. 4), and was based on a draft by Hendrik Goltzius and an engraving by Jacob Matham.
