He attended the Art Institute of Urbino, in 1953, he moved to Rome. Join the Quadrennial in Rome in 1955. Begins the series of "ferrocementi" and that of "strutturaespazio". Giuseppe Uncini dies in the night between 30 and 31 March 2008 at his home in Trevi (Perugia) following a sudden illness.
