About The Artist: Harry Klessen

Harry was born to Harold and Viola (Sparks) Klessen on July 31, 1933 in Armour, South Dakota. He grew up in Sioux Falls and and graduated from Washington High School. On May 21, 1954, Harry married the love of his life, Peggy Haas. He served in the Air Force from 1953 to 1957 and worked as an auto body repairman from that time until 1965.
