About the artist:

Jean-Luc Lecoindre was born in 1932 in Bretagne (Brittany) in the northwest of France. He studied at Ecole Art et Publicite and Ecole des Arts Appliques a Paris. Lecoindre was one of the finest lithographic printmakers in Paris of his time, renowned for his fine art artwork in France and Europe and introduced into the United States. Exhibitions of his work have been held in France, Algeria, Columbia, Japan, Belgium, England, Canada, Italy, and the United States, including the 1977 Chateau de Fontainebleau Exhibition. His artwork is included in many public , corporate , and private collections worldwide.
