About the artist:

Jeppe Eisner comes from a family of painters which is why he never went to study arts but was trained at home. He had his first successful exhibition in 1969 and has ever since had huge success in Denmark and abroad. Next to his paintings he has worked successfully as a decorator and set designer. He designed posters, illustrated books and does commissioned portraits for known Danish celebrities.
