About The Artist: Lino Tardia

Lino Tardia was born in Trapani in 1938. After obtaining his artistic maturity, he refused the post of lecturer in Pictorial Disciplines at the Art School of Palermo and moved to Rome where he began his career as an artist. There he attended the studies of Renato Guttuso and Saro Mirabella. Since 1955 Lino Tardia began exhibiting, getting soon acclaim in Italy and abroad.
