About The Artist: Peter Phillips

1939: Born in Birmingham on May 21st. 1953-55: Attended Moseley Road Secondary School of Art, Birmingham. 1955-59: Went to Birmingham College of Art: 2 years Intermediate and 2 years N.D.D.
