Tadashi Asoma was born in Japan in 1923, received his education at Saitama Teachers College, Urawa, the Bijitsu Gakko, Tokyo; Grand Chaumiere, Paris and the Art Students League, NY. In 1958, Tadashi Asoma received a Japanese Government scholarship to study in Paris. His first exhibit in the United States was in 1961 at the Japan Society in New York and San Francisco.
