about Jeu du Skating Rink (Game of the Goose)

An antique French board game set inside a skating rink that also has a bar at the back of the rink.

Leading to many falls, this game is a variant of the classic Game of the Goose which was invented in the 15th century where players roll dice to race one another to the 63rd square. On this board, this is the exit passageway through the open curtains in the top center of the board.
